How to Prepare for Your XERF™ Treatment
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least one week prior to treatment. Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, or active skincare products a few days before your appointment unless otherwise directed. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, or sunscreen. Be sure to share any recent treatments or medical conditions with your provider to ensure optimal safety and results.
What to Expect During the Treatment
XERF™ treatments are comfortable and efficient, typically lasting 30–45 minutes depending on the area treated. You’ll feel a gradual warming sensation as controlled radiofrequency energy is delivered deep into the skin. Built-in cooling helps protect the surface, keeping the treatment tolerable without the need for downtime.
Post-Procedure Care
There is little to no downtime following XERF™. Mild redness or warmth may occur and typically resolves within a few hours. You can return to normal activities immediately, though it’s recommended to avoid intense heat, workouts, and sun exposure for 24 hours. Daily sunscreen use is encouraged to maintain and protect your results.
