How it works with insurance
There's no membership fee and no annual retainer. You pay only what you'd normally pay for a visit.
We accept Medicare, Aetna and Cigna at our Palm Beach Gardens office. Participation varies by specific plan and provider, and Medicare Advantage plans are not in network here right now. With in-network insurance, you pay your usual copay or deductible.
No insurance, or a plan we're out of network with? Visits are $250 for new patients and $150 for returning patients, plus any procedures you approve in advance.
