Good questions.
Is there really no fee?
Yes. There's no membership fee and no annual retainer. You pay only what you'd normally pay for a visit with your insurance, or our standard self-pay visit fee.
What insurance do you accept?
Medicare, Aetna and Cigna at our Palm Beach Gardens office. Participation varies by specific plan and provider, and Medicare Advantage plans are not in network here right now.
What if I don't have insurance or my plan is out of network?
Visits are $250 for new patients and $150 for returning patients, plus any procedures you approve in advance.
I already have a concierge doctor. Will you work with them?
Yes, absolutely. Coordinating your care is one of the benefits of the program. With your permission, we work directly with your concierge doctor and all of your specialists, and send them your visit notes the same day.
I split my time between Florida and another state. Can I keep seeing you?
Yes. You can continue your care at any of our offices in New York City, Long Island, Chicago and Boulder. Insurance participation varies by office.
Can my family use this too?
Yes. Spouses, children and visiting grandchildren get the same access.
