How it compares
Pen microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin without RF heat. SecretRF adds radiofrequency heat through the needle tips, at selected depths within the skin. Xerf and Density heat the skin from the surface, with no needles. Your provider will suggest the best fit for your skin and goals.
